Wellness tip
Taking a break at lunch time can do a lot for you. First, it will help you to recover from the work related stress. And getting out of the building at lunch time will ensure you get more sunshine and Vitamin D which as as a protector against MS, diabetes, hypertension and some cancers. If you live anywhere in the Northern hemisphere, you need to up your intake of D by spending some time in the sun most days. Ten minutes a day from early Spring until late Fall is great. Then continue in winter - being outside will do wonder for your outlook on life.
